Getting from the marina store, to Crystal Lake, or down to the boat launch is quick and easy, with a golf cart on site for your use.

An 8 person hot tub with water fall feature and sweeping views of Lake Koocanusa is sure to ease all your aches and pains away. Look up, a TV comes down from the roof for your enjoyment while you soak.

We have a number of board games stocked for your enjoyment during your stay, as well as corn-hole to play outside and a giant Jenga tower. 

The  patio is host to a BBQ and Blackstone Grill for your use. The propane is topped up and ready to go.

4 Adirondack chairs surround a fire pit in the centre of the yard. Final landscaping is coming in 2027, but, for now you can still enjoy the view, and a cozy fire, from there!

Fantastic, brand new pickleball courts opened this year at Koocanusa Village! 2 pickleball paddles and pickleballs are included with the house so can try out the courts during your stay. 

Crystal Lake, the man made lake in the middle of the village, is perfect for a relaxing beach day where you can play in the sand, jump off the dock, or paddle board and kayak without worrying about motorized watercraft zipping around you. A great alternative to the big lake on the days you just want to be a little more laid back.
